Yes, there is a Maximum Guest Capacity of 400 & a Minimum Guest Count of 100.

There is a Fifty percent retainer due at time of signing to secure your date. 

There is also a $500.00 security fee due at time of signing. 

This will be refunded back to you once the celebration is over and property is checked for no damage.

Your Last payment is due 30 days before the event.  Payment in full is required no exceptions. 

Yes Tachi Palace casino and Hotel in Lemoore is about  20 mins away

Kingsburg Fairfield hotel 10 mins away

Downtown Fresno hotels are 20 mins away

We do offer these services although they are not included in our packages.

We can also refer you to amazing vendors that can help with that as well

We do offer outside or indoor reception area.  Indoor Reception we offer climate control with heating or cooling .

We are dog friendly although dogs this must be approved with the owners of the venue prior. And only for pictures and ceremony. Service animals are allowed but, must be leashed at all times.

Cash check and credit card although when paying with credit card there will be an additional 3% added to the invoice to cover Credit Card Processing fees.

We start receiving the Bride and Bridesmaids at 8:00am for makeup and hair in the Bridal suite.

We have a few favorites , we know the quality of their work and prefer these caterers

Yes, although Arthur Estate accepts no responsibility it is at their own risk

At Arthur Estate we offer all Wedding Packages of 6 hours to start at your Ceremony time. If you would like to extend your reception there is an additional $500.00 hourly fee.  Our Venue closes at 12:00pm midnight. 

Arthur Estate does not have a liquor license so your caterer must carry the license then yes you are allowed to bring in your own alcohol.  only wine, beer and either 1 or 2 signature drinks No hard liquor allowed

That is great although Arthur Estates Wedding Coordinator is included and NO credit will be given.
